Physical Products

We offer a 14-day return policy on all physical 3D-printed goods from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Contact us first via the contact form with your order details
• We will provide return shipping instructions

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Digital Designs

Digital design files are non-refundable once downloaded, as we cannot verify the file has not been copied.

Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace it at no charge. Send us a photo of the issue via the contact form and we’ll sort it out quickly.
